Dans le cadre d’un projet de migration vers une nouvelle version de notre ERP nous renforçons temporairement notre équipe. Nous recherchons un(e) comptable rigoureux(se) et polyvalent(e) pour accompagner cette transition et assurer la continuité des opérations comptables.
Role and responsibilities
Vous interviendrez sur des tâches variées en comptabilité tiers et comptabilité générale, notamment :
Comptabilité tiers :
- Saisie et suivi des factures fournisseurs
- Gestion des paiements fournisseurs
- Gestion des encaissements clients
- Suivi des litiges et des avoirs clients
- Contrôle des notes de frais.
- Facturations diverses
Comptabilité générale :
- Réalisation des déclarations fiscales (TVA, CFE, CVAE etc…)
- Saisie des écritures comptables courantes
- Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelle.
- Participation aux tests et à la validation des processus comptables dans le nouvel outil.
Education and experience
- Formation en comptabilité (Bac +2 minimum type BTS CG, DUT GEA…)
- Expérience souhaitée en entreprise ou cabinet (1 à 3 ans)
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les environnements ERP, la connaissance de SAP serait un plus.
- Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’équipe et capacité d’adaptation
