We are looking for a Cost & Performance Controller Manager is responsible for controlling and optimizing operating expenses within the organization. This role involves developing cost control strategies, analyzing financial data and improving the company's performance, profitability and operational efficiency. The position will report directly to the General Manager and will be located in our production facility in Gebze (Kocaeli).

Role and responsibilities
  • Work closely with all departments to research and manage cost and performance challenges
  • Collect and analyses data relating to production costs such as labour, raw materials, overheads and costs from other sources.
  • Participate in the production/revision of figures to provide reporting presentations to management
  • Participating in the construction of the annual budget and forecasts (4+8, 8+4).
  • Improving the cost structure and optimising productivity.
  • Ensuring the analysis and control of financial data reports (Flash, P&L ConPro, P&L Statuaries)
  • Calculating product costs and carrying out price analyses to support the sales team.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance or Accounting, with a background in manufacturing.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
  • ERP knowledge (SAP preference) and BI tools (Board, PowerBI)
  • Excel advanced use 
  • Team spirit and strong analytical skills
  • Rigorous and well organized
  • Fluent English, French an asset
