About the job

Regarding general missions, the purchaser is:

• In charge of researching, selecting, delivering and negotiating the purchase of products and/or services necessary for the proper functioning of the company, according to volume, cost and quality objectives.
• In charge of all Raygroup Purchasing families (excluding IT and the AR France family).
• Responsible for the application of the Purchasing processes for these Purchasing families.

The purchaser will provide support on internal purchasing projects such as travel, fleet management of vehicles and telephony/insurance/marketing/building, etc. As well as on cross-cutting projects within the Network. The IT/IS & Strategic Consulting families are outside the scope.

The purchaser will be the Travel manager of the Network and will ensure the animation of a community for this category.

The purpose is to guarantee the competitiveness of our purchasing costs, and to contribute to the optimization of the purchasing process and procedures, as well as the supplier panel within its scope.

This position reports to the Purchasing Excellence Manager, based in Grenoble.

Roles and responsabilities

•  Prospecting and market evaluation on targeted purchases both locally and on projects with an international dimension through:
  • Market research of suppliers, products and/or services,
  • A benchmark of needs with internal customers,
  • The evaluation of the ability of suppliers to deliver products or services in accordance with the technical criteria and according to the terms and conditions determined internally (specifications, specifications, etc.),
  • An opening to a technological and marketing watch on the products and services purchased by providing demand and market trends.
• Support in the optimization of Purchasing portfolios for RAYGROUP – RAYNET / Network entities.
• Management of the purchasing flow within its scope (orders, management of specific request, implementation of contracts).
• Participate in communication and collaborate with other purchasers in the Network with exchange of best practices.

Education and experience

• Master’s degree in Purchasing or equivalent significant experience.
• Experience in indirect purchasing appreciable - 10 years' experience
